I am also a qualified Occupational Therapist, and have recently started a Level 3 Certificate in Wilderness Therapeutic Approaches. I am passionate about the outdoors and the wealth of wellbeing opportunities that being outdoors can offer, and I am really keen to support NEW as they further develop their wellbeing programmes.
